Claires First Day at Kings Kids

Gosh, another baby sent off to school in the past week! I can't beleive we have 2 "schoolers"!! Claire started her first day at Kings Kids Preschool today! We had absolutely no worries for this child to enter preschool! Having a big sister who has gone to Kings Kids the past 2 years is really a help! Claire has the same teachers Karlie had her 2 years, so that is also a plus!!! Claire, being an outgoing little girl, dropped off her bag, kissed Aves and I goodbye and went to the play kitchen to play with her friends!!! I was so proud watching her be such a brave girl and saying "hi" to her new friends! One little mishap at the end of school for Claire: This brings her back to ECFE last year, but the teachers played a song today that entails having a big shark puppet who eats a little fish, who eats a smaller fish and so on. Then the shark make a loud burp and burps up all the fish he has eaten. WELL, Claire didn't like that loud burp one bit, so she, according to her, "was shaking and crying when that shark burped"! So Mrs. Schmidt informed me of what happened and I informed Mrs. Schmidt that we had done this at ECFE and had the same reaction, so I am guessing they will not play that again at preschool!! Poor Claire, I felt so bad, didn't think we would have to deal with that again! Other than that, she had a fabulous day and looks forward to Wednesday and Friday!
