They were so happy when we asked them to be Aves God parents, we are blessed to have such wonderful parents.

Aves is so lucky to have her great grandparents still with us. She also has another great grandma, JpPs grandma, who was not able to make it.

This Mothers Day was very special to me being Avery's baptism day also. We had an intimate gathering, but enjoyed sharing it with the most important people, her God parents Jim and Donna (JPs parents) and my Mom, Linda, and her great grandparents and auntie Heather. We missed her other great grandma, Eloise, who couldn't make it. We also had the Martinez family join us after the baptism for some food and talk! Father Patrick delivered a beautiful mass and we couldn't be more joyous as Avery was being baptized on such a beautiful day. She wore the gown my mother croched (sp?) as Karlie and Claire were also baptized in it. Karlie will be the first to pass it on to her children. (Apologies to auntie Heather for her picture of her and Aves not being in this post, Jim and Donna have it on thier camera and the uploading was not working!)
