No More Nukies!

Up, Up and Away with the Nukies, sending them to Baby Jesus

So long , fare well (Mom and Dad are pleased)

Well, we FINALLY got rid of the nukies, adios!!!!! Claire has had the stinkin' things since birth and decided she wanted to send them to Baby Jesus. She picked out 2 baloons at the dollar store and we tied the 2 Nuks we had left and sent them soaring in the air to him! We watched as we could no longer see them and she said "I saw him grab them Mommy!" It was super cute and she was proud of herself. She had a rough night the first night (took her about 45 minutes to get to sleep), but since them she had done very well. She woke up acouple of nights ago dreaming, her eyes closed, and said to me, "Mom I want my Nuks back and I want to go up Mommy", I am assuming she was saying she wanted to go up in Heaven and get them from Baby Jesus. Anyways, we are very proud of her and she got to pick out a special Dora doll for her couragous act!!!! Way to go Claire!!!!
