On Saturday we fianlly got the chance to pick our pumpkins after 3 weekends of trying to get there due to rainy days. Nelson's Farm is a very popular place in the town of Litchfield to pick pumpkins and have some major FUN, from hayrides to panning for marbles and the pumpkin flinger thinger. It was a little chilly, but the girls had tons of laughs and amusement. Our favorite was the hayride that dropped us off in the pumpkin patch and playing at the huge playground. We hope to make this a tradition of going every year, we have for the past 3 years, and possibly even with our grandkids!
