She took off the training wheels and in 2 minutes was up and running!
She is sooooo fast!
Can't believe shes doing it at 4.5 years old! Last summer Claire thought maybe she was brave enough to take the training wheels off her 12" bike, she tried for about 5 minutes and said she was NOT ready! In the mean time, she was taking note from Karlie and this Spring she decided she was ready! Off she went and now she is riding with friends around our circle, FAST! Yes, it scares Mom mostly, but she feels and looks confident she has told me. Of course she is wearing a bike helmet, which we just got really nice ones from the bike shop in town, so I do feel good about that! I keep telling her maybe knee and elbow pads??? BUT, "No, Mom, all the big kids do not wear them!" We are so proud of her accomplishment! Next on her agenda, learning to read!!!
