LADIES WEEKEND!!!!

Priscilla has miles of shore line to enjoy!

Hello ladies, searching for beach glass

Mom and Nancy walking the shore line

"Cheers to ladies weekend", MIA: Beck and Priscilla and myself who was taking the pic :)
I thought this was cool, a piece of drift wood that looked like either a bull head or some sort of dino skull!
What are you guys doing??? :)

Don't ask!!!!
Beach bums!
The bestest of friends, love the talks we had!!! Wish we could do it all the time!
Nancy and Julia on the kayaks!

Heather and I canoeing it for the afternoon, "Hev, watch out for the body floating out yonder!" :)
The front of the cabin, screen porch
The Gazebo, which is attached to the cabin by a hallway, where Jules, Mar, Heath and I slept both nights! We heard the waves and wind and rain (the 2nd night) the entire night, talk about relaxing!!!
The gathering room, kitchen, living area, oh and sleeping area for Beck, Mom, and Nancy! Great meals were served in this area!!!!!
Beck and Nanc had breakfast for the 2nd morning, yummy french toast and sausage!!!
Looking towards the lake from the back of the cabin! There are about 4 different levels to get to the beach, breathtaking!!!!

The back or front if you want to call it of the cabin!
Priscilla named the cabin "Giraffic Park", due to the dead wood that looks like giraffe heads! You can see the sticking up out of the ground, she has placed them all over!
Beautiful Lake Superior

Its like your on the ocean!
Usually I don't post my things on this blog, just because its for the girls, but I had to share this weekend with all of you! I enjoyed some relaxing time, 2 days, with my favorite women of all, the Olson clan! My Aunt Nancy's friend Priscilla, has a cabin on Lake Superior, about 45 minutes North from Superior, Wisconsin. She invited us Olson women, mostly for Grandma to get away with her girls for a much needed, stree-free weekend. We arrived to the cabin at about 4:00ish Friday night, after a 3.5 hour ride with Mom and Heather. Being my first time there, I was amazed as to how beautiful this place was after everyone kept talking about it and filling my mind with wonder. We had to immediately walk on the beach to find beach glass of all different colors. We then enjoyed a hoagie night and talked in the gazebo until midnight ( us Gazebo ladies, stayed up a little longer! :) Saturday came shopping and getting icecream, laying on the beach sunning and 4 of us canoeing/kayacking. The night brought a wonderful chicken meal and a fun game that Heath and I came up with and of course WINE along with all of this!!!! Sunday was the day to leave, but before that we had a wonderful breakfast and chat!! Can't wait to do it again! Priscilla was able to join us for the wonderful weekend too, we are so thankful to you for sharing your summer home with us!
